Crimson Strike Team Tomax

This year’s GIJoe Collector’s Convention in Kansas City features a return of a “classic theme” – the Crimson Strike Team.

Regardless of where you stand in terms of the Collector’s Club’s controversial decision to abandon the 0-ring figures in favor of the currently-available 25A design, you’ll want to take a look at cmderinchief’s “in hand” pics of Crimson Guard commander Tomax.  For those fans that are on the fence about this year’s convention set, the pictorial offers an interesting preview.

clubcommander.gifA few years ago, pictures of a new style 3.75″ Cobra Commander surfaced on the web. Much more futuristic in nature, this was a sleek new take on the “most dangerous man alive”. Unfortunately, the 3.75″ line went on hiatus and the design was instead moved to the 8″ scale Sigma 6 line…. until now!
