Two more cast members join the “G.I. Joe” Team

According to this article at IESB.net, Heavy Duty and Breaker have joined the G.I. Joe Motion Picture team. While many fans will continue to question the constant inclusion of Heavy Duty over Roadblock, I think it’s safe to say people are pretty excited to see Breaker as part of the team.

Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko of “Lost” fame) will portray the G.I. Joe Heavy Weapons Expert while Said Taghmaoui will star as the Communications Specialist. Quite a step up from the Marlon Wayans rumors that were circulating earlier today. Click on each actor’s name to see their IMDB profiles and thanks to SPC Airborne for the heads up.

Scarlett & Storm Shadow cast?

joemoviesmall.gifAccording to both IESB.net and LatinoReview.com, the roles of Scarlett and Storm Shadow have both been filled!

Rachel Nichols (Alias, The Amityville Horror, P2) will be portraying the Joe team’s premiere female while Korean actor Lee Byung-hun (Hero) will be portraying the fan-favorite Arashikage ninja.

While neither announcement has been officially confirmed at this time by either Paramount or Hasbro this marks the third and fourth roles in the film to be potentially cast.
