Movie Cobra Commander figure hits Ebay!

riseofcobraEbay seller ws_toys continues the parade of “leaked” figure from the forthcoming GIJoe motion picture.  This time it’s a carded version of the movie Cobra Commander figure.  WARNING– clicking the link will most likely spoil certain aspects of the film.

This marks the first time a full-body version of this design has been seen outside of the leaked Combat Heroes pictures.

Single-carded General Hawk listed on Ebay!

riseofcobraEBay seller ws_toys has listed the upcoming single pack version of Hawk on eBay.  The latest in a series of “leaked figures” hitting the popular auction site, this version of General Hawk differs significantly from the figure that will be included with the forthcoming PITT vehicle/playset.

Hooking ’em when they’re young is the other half of the battle

gijoe21webIn New York, we showed a few quick slides of an upcoming G.I. JOE children’s picture book/graphic novel hybrid that were doing in July, but that’s really been the extent of images we’ve shown. So here’s a more detailed look at the book, which is aimed squarely at early readers (4-7-year-olds. Those kids love their guns-n-grenades, so who are we to deny them that?
