canada.gifThe fine folks at JoeCanuck have posted the second Collectors’ newsletter on their site here. Featured in this second installment is some great Canadian insight on G.I. Joe, a review for Joecanuck, the first exclusive figure from the Canadian JoeMeet.

But perhaps the best news is that you can see, for the first time, how Snowbank looks! Snowbank will be offered as an exclusive figure for the 2008 Canadian JoeMeet and is looking terrific.

JoeCanuck Monthly Newsletter launched

canada.gifBy now most folks are likely aware of the Canadian JoeMeet, which has been going on for several years and brings us some terrific exclusive figures, such as JoeCanuck, Black Ice, and Shiver. The Meet is held once a year, typically in April, and today JoeCanuck has launched it’s first Newsletter. The plan is to release a monthly newsletter with reviews, articles, and lots more interesting content that Joe fans of every nationality will appreciate.

2008 Canadian GIJoe & 80’s Toy Expo

The 2008 Canadian GIJoe and 80s Toy Expo (http://www.80stoyexpo.com/) has been announced. It will be Sunday, March 16th at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel and Conference Centre. The show features 2 halls filled with dealers selling GIJoe (vintage and 25th Anniversary), Transformers, Star Wars, Super Heroes, and tons of other Action Figures and collectibles. Many of the same dealers from the Action Figure Expo (http://www.actionfigureexpo.com/) and TFcon Toronto (http://www.transformerscon.com/) will be setup at this show. Located at 3063 South Service Road the location is directly off the QEW with free parking for everyone.
