Well, it’s certainly interesting. Call me crazy but that looks to be the Pursuit of Cobra Dusty head and the web gear from the Retaliation Cobra Trooper. It’s “okay” but quite honestly– I was expecting something a bit more from the Club. At least we see a reissue of a vintage accessory with this figure. I’ve been a fan of Bullhorn ever since I reviewed the vintage 1990 figure a few years ago and this one is leaving me a bit cold.
This is the 9th figure in this FSS to be revealed and so far I’m seeing more and more repurposed parts and less new tooling than I’d have hoped from a premium-price subscription service. Granted, we’ve still got Billy remaining but we’ve also got the Arctic Night Creeper which should also be a straight repaint of a previously released figure. Aside from Outback and Jammer, which reused a Joe Con 2015 head, I’m not really seeing the value this time around– especially from a roster that sounded pretty spectacular at Joe Con 2015.
