Josh Kern is a writer hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, home of beer, moose and hockey. And as a Canadian-born writer, he knows that the plural of moose is still moose.

Josh has been collecting comics for almost 20 years, and has been a fan of

G.I. Joe, Transformers and action figures in general since he was a wee lad. He has a small but well-loved collection of Joes, Transformers, superhero and sci-fi action figures, and a large but well-read collection of comic books and graphic novels.

A graduate of the print journalism program at Ontario's Sheridan College, Josh currently makes a living writing marketing materials for a manufacturer of laser-based survey materials located in north Toronto. He began writing reviews for joebattlelines.com in February 2003.
