In spite of the fact that this is yet another Duke, the accessory compliment available is just too cool for words. There are loads of great scuba-related gear, and like the Commando version, the Switchfire is the highlight and makes for some great configurations. Twin Switchfire pistols, goggles/scuba tank, flippers, etc...all nicely designed and with a ton of play value.

Aquatic Combat Vehicle can be configured with the two Switchfires for basic sub transport, and also a torpedo launcher can slide on underneath. That same torpedo launcher can also hook onto a Switchfire to become a land-based weapon. Or the ACV itself can hook into a Switchfire to become something else entirely (I'm not exactly sure what, but it's something!)

The swimming goggles/mask/air tank also work very, very well, sliding on to Duke's head (and most other figures' heads, too!) seamlessly. The airtank plugs into a hole on the back of the figure and stays in tight. It's all very universal and works well.

One of my favorite aspects of the figure and it's a pretty minor one, but those minor things really add up to something cool. He has twin rubber "holsters" on his webgear to hold the twin pistols. A great effect.

Like the first Duke, accessories make the man here and Duke has a nice assortment of them which really makes the figure shine. The fact that it's an early repaint gets outshined by the coolness of his gear, which is an important element to this line's future success.
