It's an 8" mego body. Same as the Worlds Greatest Heros, Star Trek, POTA, and Action Jackson in the 70's.
Jumpsuit is from X-Men Storm figure from about 5 years ago.
Belt w/ Pouches is from the "clunky" Star Wars figures from a few years back-- (clone trooper)
pads and boots from the Real Hero SWAT figure.
Weapons and such from Dollar Store parts bin.

You said it is in Mego scale? I've never actually owned any Mego styled figures. They're 8 inches, right? Is the figure in scale with the Sigma 6 stuff?
