Some of the figs like the Jungle Viper have the visual pop around them that the ARAH figs did back in the day. I remember being so shocked and in love when I first saw the Alley Viper. I think Hasbro has turned on the creative juices more in the last few months than it has in the last several years with GiJoe.

Big Lob?

General Hawk wrote:A lot of this stuff is just plain sick. An awesome marriage of military and sci-fi, much in the vein of Metal Gear Solid, which couldn't be any more up my alley. I'm a huge fan of that style, and The Pursuit of COBRA is just working that magic.
My favorites over all:
JOE
- Recondo
- Beachhead
- Snake Eyes (City Strike)
- Ripcord (Desert Battle)
COBRA
- Zartan
- Firefly
- Shadow Tracker
- Jungle-Viper
I actually really want to see Jungle-Viper without those crazy wing-ghille suit add ons, just to see how the base figure itself looks. Sure, those things look crazy cool, but I also want a functional figure, so I hope without those wings he still has some nice detail and decent articulation.
