1.) At the GIJCC Con in Kansas City we were shown figures from the Pursuit of Cobra line that were due to kick off with waves in Jan., Feb., and April. In the last round of Q & A's you mentioned that PoC wouldn't hit until the Fall. Why the push back? Does this mean we won't see the things we were shown? We’ve seen new card art images that make no mention of PoC. Has this been scraped? Also, what new product will we see between now and then?

The Pursuit of Cobra line will launch in the Fall and will include most of the product you saw in Kansas City. Rise of Cobra product will continue to be available at retail during the first half of 2010.

2.) When will the new cartoon start? What continuity will it be; and will there be new figures based on this? If so, when can we expect to start seeing them?

3.) What kind of figures can we expect to see in the future? More RoC, PoC, classic look, or classic characters with a new look? How about some characters from the cartoons and ALL of the comic series that have never had figures before? It would be great to see Big Lob, Sparks, Clay Moore, Mayday, Mariner, Cool Breeze, Teiko, Billy, and Dr. Knox just to name a very few...

2010 will focus on The Pursuit of Cobra theme. We have a mix of core and new characters - such as Dusty, Duke, Snake Eyes and Alley Viper. We like to keep the line balanced with recognizable characters and some new favorites for collectors. We currently have no plans for the characters you have listed but will note them for the future.

My fault I was trying to get as many questions lumped under one as I could and didn't re-read everything.

I see they made another mistake(besides the obvious ones) didn't sparks have a figure already in a convention set?and Big Lob really I wonder if there carded version will be the same as the clubs,do we need two big lob figures anyway?I think not.

1) As the New Year is here, I'd like to know if there are any plans for the upcoming 30th anniversary for the GIJOE product line as much as the upcoming movie sequel tie-in in 2011?

Of course we are very excited for the 30th Anniversary of G.I. Joe - this will be a great milestone for the brand! It's too early to comment on plans.

2) With all the Female Figures Hasbro has made of late, will there be any Female Cobra Troopers made like For Example a Female Crimson Guard, Female Air-Viper, Female Neo-Viper, Etc?

We have no plans at present but will look into it in the future.

3) Rise of Cobra Wave 4 ( Kamakura, Charbroil, white coat Doc, etc), can't be found anywhere. Has this wave been fully shipped or are we still to see larger shipments of this particular wave? Or will there be revision cases including some of the figures that are hard to find? Also will there be more store exclusives? Can you give us just one little teaser?


This wave 4 as well as wave 5 will continue to ship through spring 2010.

Aldi stores had this wave for Xmas.
Meijer here also has them.
Yet no Kamakura every time I checked.
