I hate blue KK i only have him as he was essentially free in a lot..but i added some Lt Stone gear to him and some FF gear and hes not as bad.

I used him as an army-builder for the longest time (which eventually secured me a Flamer Duty, so no regrets), but I initially hated him, and mostly ended up army-building him because I was so enamored with the back-story I'd come up with; he's easily the best Kamakura 'cause his head sculpt is sharper and I never cared for the cloth headband on the other two, but the big knob on his forearm was lame.

Honestly, if his clothes were black he'd be about 85: better. But then, that's true of all three version of Kamakura. He was really 0 for 3 as a character; really, the only fantastic Sigma 6 Kamakura was Adventure Team Snake Eyes.

(Who was it that painted Kamkaura v. 1 black and gave him Showdown Snake Eyes' pants and Arctic Snake Eyes' board? Sweet hell, that custom was sexy.)

Hmm Black Kamukura? That sounds neat.. i might try that.

If you added some red highlights you'd have a the perfect Ninja viper IMO.

Man, would that Hasbro had produced it in black like that.

Admittedly, I'm probably overly fond of black, but certainly it's better than light blue or yellow, especially for a ninja.

Huhm..... lets see.... a black ninja... BECAUSE that would be called a SnakeEyes!

I think he should have been green like his earlier colors.
But that would have clashed with HiTech's green.
So Im ok with his first release which was black with a touch of yellow.

Its his second all yellow (dubbed Cheddarkura) that bogs my mind.

The blue one was alright but I wish his cloth thing was black to offset his colors, not blue aswell.

Ninja Showdown. Only good thing about it is the pair of pants you get with Snake Eyes, who is quite dull and unimaginative, but pales in comparison next to the aesthetic horror that is NS Storm Shadow, who looks pretty much like vanilla Storm Shadow, if he had absent-mindedly put on a black sash after getting out of bed before submerging his arms up to the shoulders in grey sculptor's clay.

The figure might have had the potential to be awesome, if they'd followed through with the belt/cummerbund and made all of the other normally red elements black, but there he is, in all his strangely grey fingernailed madness.

Man, I can't believe how much Flamin' KK was on people's lists! I said it on here in the past, and I still stand by it: the only thing better than melee weapons are melee weapons ON FIRE. I don't need a reason! His sword is on fire! The whole blue thing didn't bother me either. Yeah, he could have used some more black to break it up, but otherwise, I liked 'em! One of my top favorites, actually. Oh well, I've always been a bit childish in my toy interests.

being as old as i am, its easy to be critical of accuracy and over analyze that which we collect.

but as i ask my 5 year old son , who now has the entire s6 line to play with , i ask him which is his favorite....

and he says, all of them.

guess its a matter of perspective

That's all that matters. I know kids LOVED the Red Banshee, for example.
