Yeah, I hear you there. I don't think I'd be into this toyline if I wasn't in it from the beginning. I like the fact that I don't have to hunt for these, but the way this line is handled does
not easily allow new comers! Bascially all latecomers have to pay after-market prices for toys that are mostly still new. I mean, you see that all the time anyway, but I can laugh at it 'cause I'll usually find the toys I want in the store eventually. I don't have to pay WAY over the price just to get it now. However with MotUC...you don't have any choice. Buy 'em when they come out (and fight for them on the site) or buy ALL of them in a year with the sub, or get 'em for 20 or 30 dollars more in the aftermarket.
I am amazed this line has lasted this long on those rules, but that's the way of it so far. 'Course they're increasing prices like everyone else, but I don't think that's going to hurt them as much as it may hurt Joes (but that's a whole other discussion...)
