We always have free empty paper boxes from the copy room at my office that are great for storing papers, instruction sheets, etc. I bought some nice flat mini-Rubbermaid containers at Target for sticker sheets. The filing system isn't fancy, I just divide out Star Wars, GI Joe, Transformers, etc.
