can you say Extremely lucky?
There was an e-bay auction and the seller was in the local area.
Plus, for some reason, there were no real bidders so I scored it for only $200.
There might be some missing parts (like the revolving door. Still looking for it), but for $200 I'm not complaining.
It is also in great shape. I already replaced most of the missing pieces.
