Bad Female Head Tooling

Want to tell them what a great job they are doing. Do you just wish you had a place to tell them what charaters you would like for them to make. Or is there something else you want them to know. This is a forum for all of the above.

Bad Female Head Tooling

Postby cmdrskyknight » Tue Jan 17, 2012 9:53 pm

I just want to point out that EVERY female head after ROC has been blown up to look like a giant or fat heat. Someone needs to do something about this. It happens during tooling and there must not be any quality control at the Hasbro factory where all Scarlett figures are made because these Scarlett heads come out looking extremely fat or over sized. Take the Resolute Scarlett from the 7 pack that has been showing up at Ross Stores now. Her head looks like the freaking Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland! or like it should be on an obese woman's body and they don't make those in Joe scale. :vulgar Then look at the newest Scarlett figure. Besides having that stupid rocker heal that makes it impossible for her to stand up properly, she also has a slightly larger than what was shown at the convention head mold. I have narrowed this issue down to the tooling process because the prototype looked great, then when the figure came out, the head was unusable and I had to get another 25th anniversary Scarlett head to correct the figure.

If someone at Hasbro sees this, please do something. While you are at it, please look at 30th /Renegades Law. His head looks aged. He is supposed to be young.

I agree. Female heads have been an issue since the beginning, just look at the original Cover Girl or Zarana figures. The heads are either too big or too fugly. There have been a few winners though, like Helix and the updated Cobra collector pack Baroness.

This will forever be an issue sadly, especially when they take and old sculpt and put on a new head. Just look at some of the other toy lines, some have great female heads, others...well...
