I'm a bit sad and baffled that this figure is such a maligned pegwarmer. His eyes look stupid, but with a simple headswap he's a really cool figure.

I know, it's crazy! How could the Jungle Vipers be peg warming? I mean, I'm used to guys like Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes, Duke, Storm Shadow and Destro, but the Jungle Viper is way too unique and friggin' cool to be sitting there. So strange...

I know, it's crazy! How could the Jungle Vipers be peg warming? I mean, I'm used to guys like Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes, Duke, Storm Shadow and Destro, but the Jungle Viper is way too unique and friggin' cool to be sitting there. So strange...

I think think that was kind of odd as well, but maybe JV's look and specialty was too specific for some people. And agreed on Destro, he's a good figure, was just over packed amongst better figures.

I must be too defensive on behalf of G.I. Joe, 'cause I'm also irritated that "Backpack Duke" is a peg warmer; he's awesome! Possibly the greatest non-environment-specific Duke ever.

Agree. That Duke is awesome and everyone should own one. If you were to buy only one Duke figure I would recommend him.

I just added a Rise of Cobra Para-Viper helmet with some Backpack Duke hoses to attach it to the backpack.

I don't know where the gun came from, but the ice piece slides atop it as if it were meant for it.
