That's right-- this is a post that I've not made in 4 years. I've just posted a new review of mine up. Seriously-- 4 freakin' years man...

Check out the Series 6 review posted over at the Marauder Gun-Runners Review Index and let me know what you think.

Damn, it really has been a LONG time...
"Don't be so gloomy. After all it's not that awful. Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

Cool review. I have been way happier with several figs after I discovered MJ. Have you ever been swapping weapons for a fig and found the "ah ha" one? That's what MJ means to me. I can't wait to order a bunch from wave 6 and I'm really looking forward to the Vector. I think the sight from this wave is a bit large for the Vector so I'm going to use something from an earlier wave with the silencer. I completely agree about using super glue once you like your configuration. I had grand dreams that I would be constantly swapping parts on the modular models but I found once I had a certain configuration I like that I never changed it. These are inexpensive enough to have several configs of the a particular rifle. Plus it's fun "designing" a certain weapon for a figure. I built a really cool one for POC Stalker that is silenced with a large scope because that's how I think of him more of a marksman. If I was building for RnR for example I would definitely add the 40mm grenade launcher because it fits his personality. It's fun to build a weapon based on how I see the personality in my Joe verse.
You can never go home again, Oatman ... but I guess you can shop there.

It may have been a while since your last review, but there's no sign of ring rust (or whatever rust reviewers get) on any of those pages. There's review magic in all those little details like showing that the new Red Ninja can hold the shurikens like that and the tips about the modular weapons. Seriously, you did a great job and kinda messed up the order ideas I had in my head for MJ's since I need to check out this new stuff!
