Straight from Hasbro's mouth:
1- Are there currently any plans to do a single pack release of some of the figures that have only seen release in DVD packs or store exclusives (Examples include: Dusty, Shortfuse, Grunt)
A - While over the long term you may see some of these figures single carded, there are no plans for this in the short term.
2 - Hasbro has improved on every vehicle over the original they've released, with the exception of the Cobra CLAW. Why was so little effort seemingly put into this vehicle?? Secondly, figures such as Wraith were released with the inability to move their arms without breaking the attached plastic hoses. Will this glaring omission in pre-release testing be corrected further down the line or will fans have to settle for non-poseable Wraith figures?
A - A good deal of work was put into the Cobra CLAW so the design would mirror the size and detail from the cartoon. The CLAW was also designed so it could be used in the DVD Battle back. As for the Wraith/hose problem, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will work on improving this in the future.
3 - It was confirmed that the movie line will be different than the 25th line. So will we see movie versions of Characters already released (that are NOT in the movie) or all new characters not yet made in the 25th line?
A - For the movie you will see a combination of characters who have been released for 25th and some who have not yet been released.
4 - There have been a few figures showing up which previously had the dreaded 'Duke' arms but now have fixed versions which Tiger Force Duke debuted. Such figures as Clutch, Breaker, & Doc have been spotted with the new fixed arms. So two questions come to mind. First, is the mold for the old 'bad' Duke arms finished with and finally being put into retirement? Second, are there any plans to go back and "fix" previously released figures such as Red Star, Falcon, and Steeler?
A - There are no plans to go back and remake previously released figures with the new arms…but if we make these figures again in the future the hope is to improve upon them with the upgraded tooling.
5 - Will there be any type of tribute made to the Adventure team in the 25th style. Collectors have long since hoped for the possibility of a 12"-era crossover in the 1:18th scale. Considering that Matt Trakker, a character with no ties to GIJoe whatsoever, was included in the current line how likely is the inclusion of a more-appropriate character such as Joseph Colton in a future wave.
A - There are currently no plans for an Adventure Team 3 3/4'' line.
