I think its more as a courtesy to all the registered members to keep the lines and wait times shorter than say the Minneapolis year when some of us spent most of the first afternoon in line.

It is guaranteed that the credit card machine will have issues when the purchase line is at its peak...

Actually no, I don't think you get my point.

GIJCC splitting the registration into groups is "the courtesy" I was referring to. I could really care less what you as an individual do.
