Here's my line of thinking.. wasn't Roadblock in a tight tie breaker with Dusty last round? NOW the same guy needs a tie breaker for this round? C'mon. Roadblock already got his "second chance." He was lucky to win & move on. I don't think its fair that he gets another one.. let's give someone else the "second chance" for a change.

I believe it was stated that a coin flip would determine the winner in the Airborne Chuckles Tiebreaker.
Anyway, my vote still goes for Shockwave winning this one and here's how. Round 2 style.
Roadblock enters from street level and Shockwave is choppered in. Shockwave waits on the roof until he hears movement coming up the stairs. Shockwave tosses in a flashbang, Roadblock unloads but can't see to hit anything. Shockwave waits for firing to stop, reopens the door drops the defenseless Roadblock.

Something is starting to look kinda funny with Roadblock.. a bit of a pattern is forming me thinks.  Whenever he's down, he seems to get an instant (quiet) boost to "tie" or get slightly ahead of his opponent.. almost at the last minute. I am not saying that anything "wrong" is going on.. but it seems like somebody has a few friends that get called in for a little extra help when need be.
