Just a smaller school that was closed in the last school district consolidation in about '94 (new schools built about 4 miles down the road). I guess a Head start was running from then through 2005. Now it's up for sale.

There's been no changes from its school days, so I would have to put in the bathrooms, divide up classrooms, knock out walls, probably replace the boiler since it's the original, basically I get a lot of land with a brick building in need of many, many things. If I pursue this course, that is...
