For many of the ARAH fans GI Joe the movie was a turning point, the military action of the series died utterly to fantasy... notably the loss of the forefront players. on his file card it reads like he's tired of his troops turning tail so he suits up to kick it. in the comics it was Baroness' plan to use on e of the Freds to assume control of Cobra... in a miniseries used to promote the Python Patrol the Baroness harnessed enough energy to partially revert the commander but he needed a special life support suit for a time... and as panned as it often is some say this is the Mort of the CC outfits but I always liked it cause was the reset to getting GI Joe back to where it was before the movie kinda like the opening to Highlander three... which doesnt exist either according to Endgame... anyway enough banter here is Armored Cobra Commander

Awesome job! That's always been my favorite version of 'ol CC. The bulky armor really came out well in those colors and matches the original figure perfectly. You don't even have to explain it to know what you're going for.
Great work on that one! _________________ Elena: "Ahhh! The bugs, they didn't listen to me!"

You beat me to it! I've always wanted to try this version of CC.
Anywho, It looks great!!
I like the colors on the SS Duke body, and the brown holster is a nice touch.
NOT to crazy on the helmet. I looks too small, and not bulky enough. But seeing as how you made it from scratch, you even did a great job on that.
Cool custom!! Keep it up! _________________ My Photobucket Album, browse through my customs and see my other pics |

Great Job!
I like it. Nice choice of colors and great paint job.
Very cool outcome. The base head looks good its just that rebreather thing that looks iffy but either way it does give off the appearance of that vesion of Cobra Commander. _________________ Looking for NINJA B.A.T.s

| Battle Armor CC was my fist CC (Actually, my first Cobra figure, period, though I got a Maggot w/Worms that same Christmas day), and so it's always been a favorite of mine. Nice work. It's a cool little update to the "Sigma" style. |

I love it, the head does seem out of proportion at first but the rest of him is just so bulky from the armor that it seems that way. I'd imagine it would look "too big" on the regular CC's body.
I give it two thumbs up, four stars, a smiley face, and a red baloon sticker. I think that might make this cereal but I love the figure! _________________ I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinions I have no respect
