Okay, couple updates to some older customs. First up Pathfinder. Huge Pathfinder fan, and really liked my first custom but ended up selling it. Think I actually like the Gung-ho/ Vest combo I used on first fig over this one, so I'll probably switch back to that at some point. Head is probably temporary also until I can get another cast of the good Recondo head made. Although, I kinda like the boonie hat as it's something else to differ from Recondo. I did manage to work in the original figs waist, so we're dual weilding the machine guns again for full destructive power.
Here's my original:
And the 2.0 version (well, maybe 1.5)
Rock & Roll. Love the v.2 fig. Probably in my top 5 figs all time. Made a version like everyone elses when the BTR stuff came out, but felt like I wanted something better. The head I think bugged me the most. Went and filled out the beard a bit and I think it makes a world of difference. Took a bit of a cue from the DD redesign.
Original:
And new:

Defiantely the sweetest rock n roll I have ever seen.
Pathfinder is good too, and I agree with the Recondo head assesment. _________________ With all do respect sir...If that's what an officer does, I don't want any part of it. |

| Love the R&R beard and hair. R&R should always have that surfin' hippy look! Very cool. |

Personally, I prefer the new chest on Pathfinder to the vest version. It just looks a bit more unique, you don't see that sculpt used for much. _________________ *insert something witty here* |

Thanks all! Yeah I'm really pleased with the Rock & Roll. I think it's the arms. They just worked really well here.
I'm kinda stuck on the Pathfinder. It's growing on me, but something's not quite right. Tried going back to the Gung-Ho/Vest thing, but it just wasn't going to work with the waist. May have to play around with it a bit more. I'd just stick with the Dart torso (and may just anyways) but I used the torso on my Recondo and Claymore, as seen here:
so it's getting a bit repetetive. I think I might stick with the boonie hat though. It's grown on me for that character for some reason. May need a different head though. This one is just a bit big I think. _________________ . . . and a bottle of rum!

Maybe if you make Pathfinders sleaves match the vest and turn int into a jacket instead of a vest? _________________ *insert something witty here* |

Actually thought of that, but a jacket on a Jungle specialist doesn't make much sense to me. That and the Dart torso is pretty hard to match other parts up to actually. Which is too bad because it's one of the cooler molds out there.
The Spirit is a custom. I wanted something a bit more old school. Thanks though, I like him too. _________________ . . . and a bottle of rum!

Pity between the three of them, I think that body works best on Pathfinder. _________________ *insert something witty here* |
