Okay all, another fun round. Congrats once again to FirstReality on the winning entry, and a big thanks to all who participated. I'm always conflicted because there's always a few profiles I'd love to take a crack at. Once again here was the winning entry:

Quote:
Crashcart
EMT

Real Name: Harrison, Dean R
Primary Military Specialty: Emergency Medical Technician.
Secondary Military Specialty: Vehicle Operator
Birthplace: Nashville, TN

Crashcart was an EMT in a busy Nashville Ambulance Service when the Dreadnoks attacked a chemical plant just outside town. When his ambulance rushed to the scene, he stepped out during the firefight to try and save a wounded plant worker. Just as he got to the man, he was hit over the head by a large wrench. He watched as the female Dreadnok who hit him laughed, and then shot the worker in cold blood, taunting Crashcart as she did so. Crashcart later joined the military, and eventually found his way into the ranks of the Joes, where he hopes constantly to run across that Dreadnok again some day. Until then, he’s got a 9mm round reserved for her
*******
From Lifeline: “We’re starting to get more well trained medics on the Joe team, but Crashcart’s a vital element lately. He’s an expert driver - fast as Clutch, only without all the swerving that could risk patients. And Crashcart’s been known to use almost any Joe vehicle as a makeshift ambulance. We had a trio of Joe’s injured in a chopper crash out in the middle of a forest. With Iron Grenadiers bearing down on us, Crashcart took the only vehicle we had available - one of those old Road Toad’s. He checked all three Joes in record time, strapped them down on stretchers, secured them to the Road Toad, avoided all sorts of incoming fire, and got them all back to the medical station without so much as losing a single bandage. If they ever see fit to give the Joe Team a quality ambulance, then Crashcart’s the man I want driving it.”

++++++++++++++

Heartwrecher
Dreadnok

Real Name: Unknown
Birthplace: Unknown

Born to Biker parents, Heartwrencher never spent more than a couple weeks in any town in her youth. Growing up, she learned how to ride a motorcycle before she learned how to ride a bicycle, and could outrun the fastest of the California Highway Patrol on a bike before she turned 15. She also learned how to control men with her looks as a teenager, and often gets more with a wink and a kiss than most Dreadnoks get with high explosives and BO. But Heartwrencher is just as likely to stab you in the back as look at you. She’s used and thrown away more men than there are Dreadnoks in the Detroit Chapter. She also likes to taunt police and emergency workers who get in the way of Dreadnok attacks.
*******
From Buzzer: “Everyone thinks ol’ Heartwrencher got her name ‘cause she’s a little tease. An’ she is! I’ve seen her convince other ‘Noks t’do her work for her, just by battin’ her eyelashes at ‘em. Nah, she got her name by carryin’ around that giant wrench of hers! Ain’t got no use for it, except t’ hit people with. And she does that pretty darn well.”

And here were the base figures:

First up, Crashcart. Tried to stick with a bit more military feel while incorporating some of the EMT look. Changed the goat up a bit to try and get a bit different look.

Okay, I gotta admit, I wasn't all too thrilled to be doing a Heartwrencher custom. Mostly because I've been tinkering with one on the side for a while, plus with existing characters there's already a pre-conceived idea about what the fig should look like. So, I intentionally didn't go back and look at any reference material and tried to make a figure based on FirstReality's bio. Tried to make a very Dreadnok looking chick that had a more Buzzer/Torch/Ripper feel than a Zarana/Zandar feel. Went with a full dredlock hair after experimenting with a few different styles, and am pretty pleased with how it turned out. Quite a bit of sculpy work on this fig including the hair, piercings, neck, shirt, chest, beltbuckle and holes in the jeans. When all is said and done, this actually turned out to probably be my favorite one of these I've done right up there with the Catalina.

And a chance encounter:

Awesome doesn't even come CLOSE to describing these two. Flat out BRILLIANT! Every time I think I've picked a favorite, I see something on the other figure that I missed before, and the debate begins again! Absolutely, totally BRILLIANT.

Yoho, you are my hero (At least when it comes to customizing).

Well, they arrived today, and they're BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely beautiful. Sitting on either side of my Compy right now, though that'll only be until I dig out the rest of my 'Noks for a group dio/setup. It's SO awesome to have another female 'Nok....

Again, Yoho, you simply outdid yourself. Absolutely beautiful.
